At Peplow, our priority is to promote sustainability and conserve nature. Many items commonly used for decoration, such as balloons and lanterns, can pose severe threats to our environment. They often end up as litter and pose a fire risk. Animals often mistake these items for food, leading to injury and even death. In light of these serious risks, we respectfully ask our guests to refrain from bringing these items to Peplow.

Peplow is a quiet Hamlet and we would ask all our guests to be respectful of our neighbours. A polite request to please drive slowly down the avenue and not toot horns upon leaving.

Peplow Hall Luxury Cottages will inspect the property at the end of your stay. If you notice something is missing or damaged in your accommodation, please let us know immediately so that we may take the appropriate action. If there has been any damage or breakages during your stay, we would be grateful if you could report them promptly, especially before checkout.
