All bedding, towels and blankets are included for the duration of your stay. Guests at Peplow Hall Cottages can enjoy access to 64 acres of gardens, parkland, and lakes.

A travel cot and a highchair can be provided on request and at an additional cost.

Day guests visiting the Gardens at Peplow Hall are welcome to bring dogs along. Due to the abundance of animals and wildlife on the estate, we politely ask that dogs be kept on a lead at all times. Unfortunately, we do not permit pets to stay with guests in the Cottages at this time.

Free parking is available for guests visiting the gardens or staying at one of our cottages. Additional on-site parking is available upon request.

• No parties and large events
• No stag or hen groups
• Please be respectful to neighbours and keep noise to a minimum
• Check-in: 10am
• Check out: 3pm.

We may cancel your booking if:

1. We become aware of any health and safety or quality related issues with the applicable rental services, property, or its immediate surroundings (for example, contamination of the property’s water supply)
2. As a result of circumstances or events outside of our reasonable control.

In the event that this happens, we will refund any amounts paid by you to Peplow Hall Luxury Cottages in relation to the cancelled booking. We will not be liable for any activities booked outside of the Peplow Hall Estate that subsequently need to be cancelled following our cancellation.

If you wish to cancel your booking, you may receive a partial refund depending on notice of cancellation:

• 21 days’ notice or less: 0% of the rental charges
• 22-30 days’ notice: 15% of the rental charges
• 31-45 days’ notice: 30% of the rental charges
• 45-59 days’ notice: 50% of the rental charges
• 60 days or more notice: 80% of the rental charge
